Ad window pop program.

I am thinking of creating a self Install program that will pop up Ad windows on every computer that goes to my website. For members on my site who would like to be reminded or up coming events or on new music release. Meaning if they click on a link on my site called subscribe it will self install the application into there computer c:\Program Files/Common Files/LG and registry I want to have ads pop up on their computer every time they go online or turn on their computer. Everytime people start their computer this [login to view URL] is executed. I want to have a admin where I can view how many people downloaded it. I would want to control the ads from my admin control. Also set how many window Ad popup should show up through the admin control. I should be able to admin the program. If you have any Idea I am open minded.
