Dear Sir or Madam, I wonder if you could develop a program for a conference call starting from 2nd party. This program will operate on GSM modems or mobile phones (scalable from 4 to 100 pieces) connected to a computer. The goal of the program is to organize a call center for customers.
## Deliverables
The general procedure (there are more details in “Conference [login to view URL]? file) should be like this: 1. Party B calls party A (party A is a GSM modem or a mobile phone). 2. Party A doesn't answer the call, recognizes ID number of party B and calls back as soon as party B stops ringing. 3. When party B answers, party A gives it the dial tone so it can dial ID number of party C. 4. Party A waits till party B finishes dialing whole ID number of party C then sends "Hold" signal and puts party B on hold (utilizing Telco's "Call Hold" capability). 5. Party A dials remembered ID number of party C into the same GSM line, while party B is waiting on hold. 6. When party C answers, party A sends "Conference" signal (utilizing Telco's "Conference Call" capability) and connects party A, B and C together in one conference. 7. When party C and B hangs up, party A recognizes it and releases the line for taking another call. The idea of this operation is to organize a 3-way conference call on a GSM line with me and 2 other parties when they have incoming calls from me and don’t pay for it. And all the switching between parties should be done on Telco's site. In fact I can use an ordinary mobile phone to dial to the party B, put it on hold, then dial to the party C and make a conference. But I want to do it automatically, when conference is initiated by the party B and organized without my participation.
