Convert a 32 page HTML website into a CD version that can be distributed as well

Website is HTML and graphivs, with 2 x flash videos imbedded, 3 x PDF downloads and 33 HTML pages. Also there are 2 form to emails, which ideally we want or to be rpelaced with contact us pages - no interactivity. Brief is to make the 33 page site into a CD for giving away at trade fairs, etc. Full brief in the attachment - please read before quoting, we need timelines and rates please. ## Deliverables ? Website is 33 pages? Some people are finding it hard to view the videos, their firewalls are blocking it. ? For this reason, and to give away at trade shows, client .[login to view URL] want to be able to offer the website as a CD so customers can view and navigate the site from the CD. ? The only thing that would be complex are; ? The contact us and brochure request form to emails ??" can we have an error 404 or similar, so that the forms process if connected to the web, if they are not web connected the error 404 would be a styled web page that is on the CD that shows contact details. ? If that’s too hard just change the contact us forms to be contact us with name, address and map, etc only ??" no form to email. ? Clients webiste has a flash imbeded video on it. There is another video elsewhere on the site too ??" but the rest of the site, aside from the form, is static HTML and graphics, aside from 3 PDF downloads too? Can you quote me a rate and a timeline please ??" much appreciated. ? Project is to produce a master CD, CDs will be printed manually from a CD printing machine at clients offices. CD or DVD format, must work on both MAC and PC. IDeally would like autostart presentations, but thats not something we are insisting on. Details and the client details on the attached zip to read.
