Develop a mobile commerc site

what i want to do is make an ecommerce site but be able to use a WAP phone to buy online from that site. it does not have to be to in depth just say something like being able to look at a list of what is on the site and to put personal details on the phone and to be stored in the sites database. this is not a closed specification and i am open for any suggestions that you think will make it easier to make. it is only for a project so the user is not actually going to purchase anything for real. what it needs to do is for a potential buyer to get a list and price of products available via their phone and to choose one and enter personal details which are then stored in the database. it is only a prototype for a school project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) a working mobile commerce site that allows a user to be able to look at what is on offer and be able to enter personal details

## Platform

needs to run on windows XP if possible to be done in dreamweaver mx and the database in visual basic. this is because i have both of these packages.

## Deadline information

i would like to be kept updated every week or two if possible
