Adware/spyware infection status

Alright, I have a old yet powerful computer that I'd like to dedicate to this cause. What will happen is I will install all spyware and adware I can find on it. Then this is where the php script and server (C/C++ ?) comes into play. I would like someone to please program a php script and C/C++ (or any other language as long as it's stable) server. What the php script will do is it'll communicate with the server and display the spyware and adware infections on the infected computer, then I'd like it to be able to show what any of the infections are currently doing (e.g. is it downloading a activex control and if so from where? is it querying its host server to send data and if so what's the server IP?...**) if the user clicks a + by the infection (the status would then appear in a tree sort of style) and the + would turn to a -, clicking the - would get rid of the status. The server will have to be very stable and be able to withstand the bottlenecks and other system resource restrictions common to most spyware and adware while still being able to respond to requests from the php script in a timely manner (the php script will be remotely hosted on a non-infected machine so there will also have to be a option to specify the IP address and port of the server for the php script...being able to specify the port on the server side would also be nice but not required). Also I'd like the server to be able to create an archive of logs of the infections and their activity into a mysql database on a specifiable database server so that people can refer to this as proof to how malicious spyware and adware is (who knows...someone might print some of the archived logs as proof in a court case against a spyware/adware company ;-) ). Of course there will need to be a php script to browse the archive in a user friendly manner by date and year...once a date and year is selected a list is presented of the infections present on that day and the user can either click the + by the infections name to view a tree of its activity that day (and click the now - to retract the status) or click the infections name to view in a text style tree format the infections activity for that day so the activity could be easily printed and still be easy to interpret. Let me know if any clarification is needed and I'll do my best to provide the requested clarification :-). Oh and I almost forgot, the server will need to be running on WindowsXP Profressional SP2, the server specs is a AMD Athlon 600MHz, 128MB RAM, 17GB HD, 10GB currently free...the server for the PHP script will be hosted on a remote host (e.g. HostPrestige) The web script part can also be in asp or asp.net...however I'd really prefer to have the database part for the logging to be mysql. Also I'd really appreciate it if I could recieve periodic updates from the programmer(s) regaurding the projects progress. My budget is a maximum of $500.
