ActiveX for send Ringtone & Logo to Siemens phone

I need an Active X (dll or ocx) that I can use in Visual Basic. The main purpose of the ActiveX is to send a ringtone & logo to Siemens phone such as S25, S35 etc through Siemens data cable. What I want is smiliar with Oxygen SMS Plus ActiveX from [login to view URL] but Oxygen only works with Nokia phone. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
