Add upload functionality to cfx_file

Add the upload functionality to cfx_file. cfx_file is a ColdFusion custom C++ tag that is more secure than CF's native cffile. You can download the source code of cfx_file(cfx_secFile) from [url removed, login to view] Note that I am not affiliated with intrafoundation.com. They released the toolkit as freeware with source. cfx_file is missing the upload attribute. This project requirement is to add this missing functionality. Please download the toolkit, understand how it's coded and how the tag is used then ask me questions if you have any. You will need to have Coldfusion to test the tag.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
