Advanced Multi-Threaded Automation Program

I am looking for an advanced multi-threaded automation program supporting proxies which will search for and flag ads on a classified ads website according to our criteria. This application will be sold for a monthly access fee to my clients so I will also need a licensing system which will allow me to manage authorized access to the application. ## Deliverables Hello, I am looking for an advanced multi-threaded automation program supporting proxies which will search for and flag ads on a classified ads website according to our criteria. This application will be sold for a monthly access fee to my clients so I will also need a licensing system which will allow me to manage authorized access to the application. There are about 450 cities on this classified ads website, with each city having about 200 categories. Our users should be able to specify a search phrase to use, which cities and categories to perform the search on and then the application should visit these categories in the cities, perform the search and submit flags for every ad that is displayed. Application should have the following options which the user can specify... 1) Delay between each flag submitted 2) How many flags per ad to submit 3) Delay between loading each ad 4) How many flags to submit before changing IP 5) For IP changing using multiple threads mode the user can either use socks4/socks5/http proxies 6) If only using single thread mode the user can specify a batch script (user provided .exe file) which the application will execute after xx flags are submitted. 7) Delay after executing batch script before app will resume. 8) Cities / Categories to visit 9) # of Threads 10) Safety Keyword or phrase (will not flag any ads containing this) App should also display in dashboard 1) # of flags submitted per hour 2) # of successfully flagged ads Licensing System: We need something to run on our server (Windows or Linux) for us to manage users authorized to use the application. Features desired... > Add, Delete, Modify users > Limit users to only one hardware id per account, option to reset this so next time app runs it updates our system with a new hardware id (in case customer needs to switch computers, with our approval) > Application will not run without approval from our licensing server, if offline then app will NOT run. > If we upload a new version of the sofware to our server, the app should always check for updates once user authorized is completed, then prompt user to download and install updated application.
