Assistance in Building a Java Programmer Team

I am investigating the possibility of building a small team of Java developers (up to 5) in one of the following countries: Bulgaria. Your task as in this bid is to research all possible information on this matter. This bid is intended for Java developers located in Bulgaria. The kind of information I am looking for are: 1) How long does it require to build such a team. Say of one senior developer and 4 junior developers. 2) How much do such people cost if they are employed fulltime 3) How easy is it to have an office with an internet connection 4) How ggod are people in general 5) What should oine take care of. If this preliminary work is successful, opther tasks will most probably follow. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
