We are working on a server multi-cast listening application to, among other things, read data from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and then further process it on our server. We have written the server listening application in VB.net. Data is send via UDP from the CME to us and is compressed using the zlib compression dll ([login to view URL]). Zlib is written in C. Our problem is that we cannot develop the necessary p-invoke language so that we can access the 3-4 functions in the Zlib Dll to decompress the data into bytes and then ascii text. The dll and source are freely available at zlib.net. We found a wrapper written in C# there, but cannot get it work.
## Deliverables
1) Deliverables shall include a fully functional vb.net module which includes all P-Invoke code so that we can call the main [login to view URL] functions from our vb.net code.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
