Bayes Network

I have a big project in Bayes Network and I would like to know a coder who will work with me during this project. I have attached a file and I'll choose only the coder who may solve it (the questions are fairly simple and this will be a quarantee for me that the coder knows his job). However, the project will be something big, and I would like to discuss the details only with the coder/coders who will solve the text file, in a private auction. The project might have some future stages too. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
