Computer/Internet Restriction Software

Software which is similar to parental control of a computer. Installs on computer. Downloaded from a website. Restricts time spent on the computer Daily/Weekly/Monthly options. Has features to add additional time that require the user to accomplish a task first (chores, etc..) Restricts access to internet and adds filter options. This program should not be able to be deleted, altered, or require passwords. The idea is that a parent can set it up and cannot reverse it without a code generated from our website. (not entirely sure how this would work) This means the child cannot beg or cry as the parent cannot reverse. Options could be made so the parent can decide whether it is irreversible or not. Should be able to add restrictions between a day to a month. The addition of "line writing" or "grounding/detention" option should be added. Say for a child to receive the computer privilege they must first complete so many "lines" or stare at the blank screen waiting for pop-ups or something to indicate they are paying attention to the boring blank screen. That is pretty much it. I thought it sounds simple. But, I'm not a coder either.
