C++ / C - Convert Word DOC to RTF and TXT

I need C++ / C code to do the following: 1. Convert MS Word .doc files to .rtf (Rich Text Format) files. 2. Convert .rtf files to Word .doc files. 3. Convert MS Word .doc files into an ASCII-text stream stripped of formatting. 4. Optional*: Convert WordPerfect files to .rtf (Rich Text Format) files. 5. Optional*: Convert .rtf files to WordPerfect files. 6. Optional: Convert WordPerfect files into an ASCII-text memory stream stripped of formatting. 7. Optional: Convert MS Excel files into an ASCII-text memory stream stripped of formatting. The code must be compilable in Visual C++ v. 7 or C++Builder v. 5. SPECIFICATIONS IF YOU USE VISUAL C++ v. 7: 1. The code must produce an ActiveX component. 2. The code must use the Microsoft Office Converter Pack for the conversions. 3. *Include the options in paragraphs #4 and #5 above (which the converter pack will handle). SPECIFICATIONS IF YOU USE C++BUILDER v. 5: 1. The code may be a C++Builder unit or an ActiveX component. 2. The code may use the Microsoft Office Converter Pack for the conversions or Borland's COM interfaces. PREFERRED METHODOLOGY: Use the Microsoft converters (MS Office Converter Pack), which do not require that Word, WordPerfect, and Excel have been installed. Please state the following in your bid: 1. Will you use Visual C++ 7 or C++Builder 5. 2. Does your bid include the optional WordPerfect and Excel functions. 3. Will your solution use the MS Office Converter Pack or Borland's COM interfaces. Your bid should include a simple demo executable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete source code and a demo executable. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
