The National Imaging and Mapping Agency has a Public Domain software called MUSE. This software is used by Department of Defense users to translate the raw DoD digital and vector mapping products to useable form. For example, NIMA has a product called ADRG which is a raster map data product. MUSE enables the user to take that raw ADRG data and translated to to say BITMAP or TIFF format which can then be used in commercial mapping software. NIMA provides the C software source code for MUSE. This project would require the following: With the source code provided, create an ActiveX control of the functions so they could be called in an application developed in C or VB. The coder would be provided the source code of MUSE and would have to be able to work thru the code in order to pull out the necessary routines. I will also provide the GUI of an application that would use the ActiveX control to demonstrate the functionality that would be expected.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working ActiveX control in executable form as well as complete reasonably documented source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
