Custom Casino Games Applcation

Hi, We need a casino game application, with at least 5 games to start, which will be run on a small LAN. The proposal consists of two parts: the actual games and a controller. Games. Each game must be capable of accepting customization parameters, retaining statistics, notifying of specific events and exposing information on request. This I/O should be performed independently of and invisible to the end user. Other than the I/O described, each game will run stand-alone on the PC. At least 5 games must be provided including 12-line Poker, Blackjack and 3 variations of Slots with multiple winning lines. Must have high-quality graphics. Minimum Requirements (games) Parameters --Winning Rate The winning rate must be applied to "paid in" only (not "free credits"). --Correlation of real money to points. --Maximum bet --Locking out buttons to enter or change parameters Statistics / counters All of the counters must be maintained on a daily and a cumulative basis. --Paid In --Free Credits --Paid Out Other functions --Automatic transfer of remaining credits from one game to another on the same workstation. Controller. The controller application must be able to initialize, issue credit, audit and control game activity, as well as perform accounting, tracking and verification functions. The controller may be any workstation on the LAN and must provide safe and secure access. The controller must be able to send and receive information to/from a workstation and must be able to lock it or reboot it if required and must backup each workstation's games regularly. General. o You may bid on both or at least the "games" part of the project. o Deliverables should include sources, specification and documentation. o Development environment and tools must be approved by us. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP/2000, Network (LAN)
