Debate web-site

To create a web-site where admin and users will be able to post a topic for debate/argue and where anyone with Facebook account can vote and comment. Comments are to be published on their Facebook wall. Requirements: - Modern design - Admin/User friendly - Facebook login - Social media plugins - Ability to translate everything on the website into my language - Four banners per page - No "Designed by…" in the footer Main Menu shall have following pages: - Home - Home page with the welcome note, newest and most popular debates - Active debates - List of all active debates - I leave it to the designer to give his recommendation, maybe sorted per the category or number of comments, etc. - Closed debates - List of all closed debates - I leave it to the designer to give his recommendation, maybe sorted per the category or number of comments, etc. - Best members - Rules Classic footer menu with T&C's, Contact, etc. List of the categories is also to be provided to the winner. Posting a Topic: - Every topic should require user to provide a subject, photo and description. Creator has to select a category as well. - Creator needs to select whether his topic is to be a debate (two possible answers) or an argue (no answers offered). - Topics posted by FB users are to be approved by Admin before publishing, DEBATE Topic: - Debate topic is to have 2 offered answers. - Every FB user can vote for one of the 2 answers. - FB Comment script should be installed under both answers (details to be discussed with the winner) ARGUE Topic: - Argue topic should have no offered answers. - Every FB user can comment and give his opinion. - FB Comment script should be installed under question (details to be discussed with the winner) Looking for a innovative web designer that can understand my needs and provide his own solutions.
