animations dll in .net

What I need is a dll created in .net as an assembly with no references to com at all. This dll will have functions for animation (moving objects from one location to another). the objects will be any that can hold images including custom controls.

The name of the dll should be Animation. The class should be Processes

There should be a private collection which will hold a collection of pictures to be used in cases where those pictures will move to where another picture is (like msn does on hearts).

Here are the following properties, methods needed.

GameBoard (this will be the form that will be used for this). property

LongestTravelTime (this will be the longest time it will take to reach its destination in milliseconds) property

should be able to run about the same speed whether its a slow or fast computer.

AddPicture (picture) (this will add a picture to a collection) the collection will be a private collection method

ClearCollection (this will clear the contents on the collection) method

MoveOnePiece (picture, newleft, newtop) this will move from the current location to the new location method

RemoveBorders (this will remove the borders of all the pictures on the collection) method

PutBorder(picture, color, width) this will put the border on a given picture. method

MoveAllPictures(picture, bordercolor, width). this will move all the pictures in the collection to where the given picture is. the other 2 parameters are for the border for the destination picture method

This can be done in any .net languages as long as the final results is a .net assembly and can be called from VB.net

Should work with Visual Studio 2005. Should use the doublebuffering feature from .net when its doing the move. should set the doublebuffering to true when the move is in progress and false when the move is completed.
