C++ builder component for pdf viewing

Hello! First of all, sorry for my english which is not as good as I want it to be... I'm currently developping a program in order to work with a large amount of text (in a very particular field), providing different tools to help customers to navigate in the text, search (and find) what they want etc... For some reasons, I have to work with the PDF file format, which I do not know well, so I need some help here. What I need is a Borland C++ Builder 6 component to use in my program. This component has to be able to view PDF files (text, hyperlinks and images as acrobat reader do), to navigate into them, to search the text for a word, to insert some comments (like MS Word: commented text highlighted, and the comment appears when the mouse is over the text). Zoom in and zoom out functions are needed. Text selection and copy function too. If it is easier for you to base your work on acrobat reader, it's possible, as long as there are functions to hide/show toolbars, bookmarks etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working component for Borland C++ Builder 6 (source code included). 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) The component has to be able to view PDF files (text, hyperlinks and images), keeping the layout and the content of the original document unchanged. 4) The whole text of the document has to be searchable (search for a word function, returning the position of the word(s) found). 5) There must be some "navigating functions" such as "goto_page()" "open_new_document()" 6) There must be some functions in order to add (or delete) comments in the text, which should look like the MS Word comment function. Those comments have to be saved in an other document (the format of this file does not matter but the location of the file has to be specified in the program). Of course, when a document is closed and reopened, the comments entered before have to be there. 7) There must be some zoom in and zoom out functions. 8) The text can be selected (by default, which is not the case in Acrobat Reader) and copied to the windows clipboard. 9) Toolbars are not needed, so every functions shall be called from the main program. 10) The PDF files have to be printable (the whole document or from page X to Y, or pages X, Y, Z) 11) Any hyperlink in the text should be solved. ## Platform The executable files generated with this component should run on every versions of MS Windows from Windows 98 to XP.
