Build A Magento Website

Hello Bidders, I want to build a Magento website. I have the theme , but I want certain customisations to it. Now I want a person who is really good at Magento. He has to really do a nice work. But I will test the persons knowledge. The test is a simple one and he just has to add a banner to the homepage. I have attached the document file here (provided with the theme) so he doesnt have to worry about the instructions. I will give the person I think is the best access to the admin panel of magento. If he passes the test he is hired. Please write " I am ready for the Magento Test" and then submit your BID so I know you have read the description properly.
