Codeigniter tournament script

Looking for a relatively simple script to be done in PHP/MySQL using the CodeIgniter framework. Please do not offer if you do not have experience with Codeigniter. It is to code a Tournament bracket system for online cups. Also to be included is a user profiling system (preferably to be using tank_auth, but may need some adjustments). Brackets system is to allow registered users to 'sign up' to a certain cup. They are then placed in a [viewable] pool of players. It will require a small admin system where you can create new brackets, populate the brackets with players from the sign up pool (see above), 'start' tournaments. When creating a 'cup, there needs to be options for 'game' (populated from a db table), cup name, amount of players (will be best of 4,8,16,32,64,128,256, etc) Please do not offer if you are just going to offer a premade solution; I have done extensive research on this and cannot find anything suitable to my requirements. If you have experience making a tournament system before, please mention it as it is prefered to have someone with experience - with prior knowledge this should be a relatively quick project.
