decodeing decypted data

I am a web based company which requires help in decoding decrypted data, the data was stored on our servers until a glitch was discovered which meant moving the data of our servers. As we decrypted the data we discovered the software in place to view the data as a read file was not backed up and as a result we can only view coded decrypted files. The individual who created the software for our company has since moved to Dubai and we no longer have contact with him. What I am looking for is an individual/ company who can create a software or a programme to decode the binary data and find a way in which they can convert it to a read file, which can be viewable on excel. I have a print screen of the data as a sample so you can see how it is viewable: • After data has been encrypted/ coded data (binary) • Decoded data I need the software/ programme created As Soon As Possible as i have a vast amount of customer data which my business thrives on.
