Base Drupal Commerce Site

We need a basic, 3-page website with an online store built using Drupal 7. We will handle the creation of the template and all pages not listed. Page Reqs: - Home + Image Slider (with linkable images) + 3-Column text with places for images below the slider - Store + Preferred to be built in Drupal Commerce + Must have several example categories and several example products, each with up to 3 images that the user can cycle and zoom in. + Must have advanced shipping options (i.e. weight calculation) and tax calculation + Must be ready for discount coupon codes - Gallery + Must be organized via a grid, each with a small image and description text that. Misc Reqs: - *ALL* data and media must be easily changeable - Must have mailing list tools to send subscriptions to users - Must work completely out of the box and include example images/text (i.e. colored squares/stock photos and "lorem ipsum" text) - Must have a WYSIWYG text editor, and should be completely editable with Sweaver***** Preferences: - We'd prefer it to be built using Nivo Slider and Panels Please view the attached graphic to get a better idea of how we want the pages to function and be laid out.
