The Database system is purely designed to ease the time and work involved with the day-to-day administration of the company, which is predominantly carried out by the company secretary and staff. The production of the database system is necessary because the system currently in place and used by the company secretary and staff are completely manual. The manual nature of the system means that it is inefficient, time consuming and open to error. A new, improved and computer based system will benefit the user in terms of limiting the amount of work and time required in the production of necessary documents.
