ASP Programmer Needed

I am looking for an ASP programmer to create internet based solution for my new network marketing company. Preferably familiar with network marketing, I MUST have the ability to speak with you on the phone during U.S. hours. Working examples of what I ‘m looking for can /will be provided…This is an initial project with possibilities of a long term relationship. Requirements Each individual in the company can have no more than 4 people directly underneath themC Must have tracking that links new members to their sponsor Tracking based off of what date someone came in Ability for sponsor to see contact information of all personally sponsored individuals but not entire downline Payment / accounting must be built into the matrix An admin area is needed Ability to do pay run Move people within the matrix structure reassign sponsors Ability to remove people and/or delete account Ability to manually enter / place someone into the matrix ability to e-mail entire company downline Must interface with debit card provider to make pay runs/ do payments further details provided

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
