I'm a Plumber, when quoting I use "structures" to build up my quote. One metre of pipe has labour, pipe, solder, clips, ect. The materials name and price is drawn from a price file from my trade suppler, there are smaller suppliers of products that I use and labour too. Ability to add new suppliers to their own table as the main price disk gets updated each month
In Access I want to be able to build these structures, some structures are made up of multiple structures. Then use these structures within Access to quote my jobs.

Above is how I do it at the moment. This is one structure and shows you the fields I need. Structures are divided up under different headings, drainage, roof, copper pipe, sewer, stormwater, etc etc
Once my structures are input I want to be able to call only the structures in need for the particular quote, up within a quote add the number of metres for each structure to the quote and then add the % mark up profit and % for tax (default 10%) print an itemised report with all material totals and the costs.
Each quote needs customer name, address, phone, quote date and individual numbering as well as the costs and materials.
