design/build a NEW web site that will contain affliate connections, want simple and attractive design that will make potential customers want to come back; will need ability to accept members, email addreses, customer names, coding or classifing for future email advertising and notification of changes (may want this as a pop up, looking for professional opinion); I need ability to make changes and add the affilate information in FrontPage 2003 as affliate ads & offers will change often; present site name registered is: [login to view URL]; examples of sites that also contain affilate connections are: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] just to name 2 (I have no affilation or connection to these sites, just examples) but want a cleaner less busy look, site will have similar "categories" and may need similar columns on left and/or right with wider area in center. I have a logo design, but this logo could be changed by professional ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
