Our Town's Web Site is a directory with local information. Our Web site's rallying cry: Connecting local residents through a variety of popular and powerful services. Our web site sells different forms of classifieds and services our local area. Basically we are looking for two things: Firstly, we want to make the process of selling the ads or any service automatically, with least amount of interaction on our part, meaning, the website must be re-designed so that the businesses who wants to advertise with us should be able select any plans we offer and pay for it thru paypal or any other electronic payment process which should then enable them to upload the their ads or any service they had purchased. Secondly, we want you to provide with some mechanism for changing our web site's content dynamically thereby generating the interest in the visitor for frequent re-visits, either using RSS or some form of legal scraping. Please see the attached for the web address (URL) and other details of the web site you will be working on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
