Church website templates

We are a hosting company marketing services to churches. We are in need of a means to automate creation of template web sites based on information entered online by the churches. What we would like to have are PHP scripts that would prompt the user to enter information (see attached for example) and store it in a mySQL database. That information should be easily modified by rerunning the script. Following completion of the script, the user should have the option of selecting from several templates offering different "looks". The output of the scripts should generate HTML so the user can then edit the pages in FrontPage or other web design tool. We are not looking for pages to be generated by the database information realtime, rather to use as a starting point for the web site. A script should also be provided to assist in the creation of the mySQL database and scripts to the users directory. PLEASE NOTE: This bid request includes the creation of the template web sites in addition to the scripting require to automate the site creation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, PHP, mySQL
