Clone of Stickam

we are looking for a similar clone of Stikcam, remember Video chat is most important with flash. I know I can use phpfox type software to develop this but looking for more mature platform and develop the site quickly. Willing to spend money to buy a software you worked on or similar site. Show me a demo. Not looking for group who can sell me this kind of software.
