Complete Yellow-Pages-like website

I am looking to build a small website with the following general functionality:

Administration

* Categories

* Clients

* Templates

Normal Users

* Search

* Browse Directory

Clients

* Manage text

Imagine a "Yahoo Yellow Pages"-like service, except that each page will be dedicated to a single business. Information like hours of operation, photos, menus, customer quotes, etc. Geared towards small businesses.

We'll have a number of templates, so say we sign up a dentist's office, maybe we use a medical template. They include info like the medical insurance they accept.

I'm working on a design, but I'd like someone to code this up. I just don't have time available to do it. I'd like it done in PHP using Smarty templates and ez_sql to talk to MySQL.

In addition to the fee paid, I will include your name (and link) on each page of the site (including for each client viewed). I will also give up to a 30% bonus, depending on the quality of the code written (it is important, I am a developer and if I can't maintain your code, it doesn't do me much good).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
