Create an AWEBER blog broadcast theme based on web site(repost)

I would like an Aweber theme created based on the site design for my web site. The Aweber theme will be used to do blog broadcasts. The site design is in WordPress. I would like my blog broadcasts to look like my blog page. Here is an example blog page: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables Your mission is to provide me with an HTML file which I can load into the HTML "source" box of Aweber's blog broadcast setup. It needs to be a simple copy/paste from the file you provide me to this box. I want the Aweber blog broadcast to look just like the page on my blog that a user would see. For example, take a look at : [login to view URL] The following portion of the web page / blog do not need to be in the Aweber broadcast. You should remove these when designing the Aweber theme: - Find Entries box and "Go" button - Page Options - Of the two sidebars, I want the left hand one to remain but the sidebar items on the right hand sidebar (ie. "Private Consultations", "Click Here to Read our Blog" and "Connect with Us") to not be there. Basically just remove that whole sidebar altogether to make the page less wide. - At the bottom, "This entry was posted in..." that whole paragraph can go away. That is put there by WordPress but does not need to be in Aweber. - The part at the bottom that says "Please share this" is auto-generated by a WordPress plugin. So that probably needs to not be in the Aweber broadcast. - Obviously you don't need to include "Leave a Reply" - You don't need to include the footer. I want the full blog article text to be sent to the user. You need to include in your template the correct codes for Aweber to insert the blog title, date, and article text, etc. so that it looks as close to the actual web-based blog as possible. Where it says "Client Testimonial" I will want to add several more testimonials instead of the one that is shown on the page.
