Custom Content and Project management system

Requirements for Automated Traffic System Description: A web based customized project and content management system in which the content provided will automatically be sent out to various sources and recipients. Work Flow: Every morning, afternoon and evening, the author would create daily videos which are to be automatically sent to certain websites while also being sent to a team of content writers which would transcribe these videos. We have a list of around 16 websites in which the content ( either media or text ) would be sent to every day in order to generate traffic, this includes Twitter, Facebook, eBay, RSS Feeds, Forums, etc.. This of course would have to be automated as well. In order to keep track of the whole process, we require a member log in with different levels and accesses. When the author uploads an article or media, an email would automatically be sent to the people responsible for the specific upload, for instance, when the author uploads a video, an would be sent directly to the people involved in transcribing and spreading to various sources, while uploading articles would send an email to a different group of people. In order to cut down on communication, we require the ability to add notes to every upload in case there are special comments or tasks associated. We understand that the information above is vague, however, we cannot disclose more information at this point without a non disclosure agreement, after which a detailed requirements flow chart will be sent to the programmer(s). We would like to know which programming language would be ideal for our needs as well as a timeline for a final product Automated bid messages will be ignored. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
