Custom link exchange script

I’m looking for a custom link exchange script that is modeled after the link exchange program found on this site: [login to view URL] The script should function like the site above. The script should take the following inputs: URL Title (30 characters) Description (200 characters) Webmasters email Webmasters name An agreement check box for TOS as on the example site. Functions: The script should function like this. A webmaster signs up and gets a custom link to my site in the following format: [login to view URL] Their link should not display on my page until their site has sent a visitor to my site. The sites will be listed in two places, on the left panel via an php include that selects 10 sites to display on my navigation, and also on a link page listing the stats just as pimp-my-profile does. The script should weight the links that have sent more traffic to my site and display them more often in the left panel php include portion. This is by far the most important part, the traffic should stay similar. I’d also like it if a site has sent more traffic to my site than I’ve sent to theirs to bold the title in the left panel php include part. Traffic stats should be reset every day at midnight. So if a site isn’t sending any traffic to my site, they will not be listed on my site. There does not need to be any type of an admin panel for this as it should reset every night so no need for me to delete anything. The most important part, the script must not take a lot of resources to run. The database portion needs to be designed well and indexed properly to lessen the load on our server. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
