Customize Wordpress template to match my website

I have installed Wordpress on one of my domains. You'll need to customize it to incorporate my site's current header graphic and image map and make the layout look sharp. My site doesn't currently use CSS so you'll have to create the style sheet. You can see my current site [here][1]. The wordpress pages will need to fit with my current design. I will provide a wider header graphic (about 760 pixels) than the one I'm currently using on my site. As for what kind of layout, it will be something similar to this [site][2]. That particular site was done with Moveable Type but Wordpress will do the same thing. This should be a very simple project for someone that knows what they're doing. However, you need to have some design skills in addition to programming skills. I don't want an ugly layout. **IMPORTANT:** I like working with programmers that communicate well and pay attention to detail. So, as a test, I have one small request: When you submit your bid, please do not include a cut & paste message about your company. I'll ignore any bidders that do. Finally, give me a link or two to other Wordpress sites you've worked on as well as something that shows me you can create (or at least match) a professional layout. Thanks... Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform My server is running Linux, includes MySQL databases, runs PHP3, PHP4, PHP5, Perl and CGI.
