Database For Realtor - Contact Management

I need a Database that I can keep track of my MS outlook contacts. I would like a database that I can hit a button called labels, and it would be able to give me labels for every address in a table that I choose in the database. I would also like to hit a button called Mass Email, and it will email all of my clients (from a table inside a database) in the database and let me attach and email to my clients from MS Outlook. So i need a functional database/contact management database that will create labels for each "complete" address in my (tables) database and then I need a button that says MASS email that will take all the complete email addresses from a (table) in my database and place them into the default email client (such as MS Outlook from my machine.) Please see attachment for complete requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Access, Visual Basic, .Net, Windows, MS Word, Excell, or a web based client where I can manage my tables
