I have a database that is currently in access. I will convert the database to MYSQL and provide only test entries to it. I need web pages built that will be completely interactive with the database. The 4 areas of major need are 1) input of customer information 2) generation of work requests 3) generation of quotes 4) limited access queries of the database.
additionally purchase orders , invoices , schedules, inventory and Human resource data will need to be accessed and entered the only addition to the database that currently exists is the human resource data vacation time avail and used sick time etc which I will create the tables for. All I need is the lookup and the entry of data. This will be used for both employees and customers each customer will only have read access to their own accounts. I will upload samples of the basic web forms I need and will provide a detailed list of each pages needs. basicly a customer has to be able to see in real time all activity to their account schedules etc. Our dispatcher needs to be able to schedule jobs and see in a calender format what is happening when. Our warehouse must be able to see what is needed and track orders and inventory. Sales has to be able to create a quote from anywhere they can get internet access.
Accounting needs to know what happened and how much to bill. The upload with provide a better picture of what needs to be done.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
this will be run on a windows server running IIS the programming language is your choice but it has to be usable on a linux server as well. access must be available from any popular web browser Internet explorer, netscape, Mozzila etc.
