Deals / Coupon Affiliate Site

MySql/Php Web site This will be a 'deals/coupons/discounts affiliate site. I currently have an ASP site using Access. I need a similar MySql/Php site and I need to be able to easily convert MySql to Access and visaversa. Coverting html templates to php. A backend control panel that allows me to create Main-Cat, Sub-Cat, and individual Merchant sections with various merchant products offers within these sections. Links to have an option to be category or sub-category specific. The control panel section would be setup in a format that when creating any Main-Cat, Sub-Cat or Main-Merchant page sections, I would enter the META tags. All merchants that have coupon offers will have coupon expire dates that will print date and self remove the offers upon the expiration of individual coupon offers from the database, or I can over-ride it and simply remove the coupon offer. Non-dated offers remain visible until I remove them All merchant images use a ALT tag, and all hypertext links use TITLE tags that would be entered at data entree time for addition to the database. PopUps Cloaked URLs All merchants links will have the ability to add the "&afsrc=1" tag append to the cloaked URL's as needed by selecting that option from the backend control panel for cookie & redirect issues. Merchants that offer datafeeds: Need to be able to be to have an easy way to incorporate the feeds within the control panel. Banner creatives that are targeted to Main-Cat or Sub-Cat sections with the ability to turn on/off any merchants ads by simply selecting on/off switch and/or by using beginning and ending dates. Advertisers can submit offers (pending approval) and banners for a fee through paypal. A "bust from frames code detector" Capability to capture email addresses for sending newsletters.
