Print to Fax, Keep Copy in Folder, Create Folder if Necessary

In my database I track (1) Clients, who own (2) Properties, for which their are appeals for given (3) years, for which there are items of correspondence to one of three different categories of recipients (a), (b) and (c). I would like to be able to maintain a .tif(?) .pdf(?) copy of all forms and reports that are generated and faxed to the each type of recipient for each year and each property. I want the program to do the faxing to the client, behind the scenes. If the fax event has been successful, I want to be notified and I also to keep a copy of the fax event in a specified folder, depending on the unique combination of appeal year and property number. If that folder does not already exist, the program should create the folder and put a copy of the successful event in that folder. Typically what I fax to my clients are Reports that have a cover sheet on them. This usually involves a two-step process whereby first I generate the fax cover sheet report using an open form, and then I generate the report to be sent in a separate stage. I then take these two physical documents and fax them manually. I want all this to happen using code. I'm not sure whether to begin with the active report and then attach the fax cover, or begin with the fax and then select the report. I'm open to suggestions in terms of functionality. I would like to be able to go back and review all documents that were ever generated for any given category of recipient (a, b or c), in any given year, for any given property. I would think that this will happen automatically with proper file structure and file naming properties. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform WinXP, Access2002
