add databast to existing site

I am in the process of building a website using software that my internet host providor has available for me to use. I want to buil this site and do all the designing and layout myself but I need someone to build a database for this website. I want to do it this way instead of having a coder to build the entire site for me with the database because I want it set up where I can go in and make any changes hat I need to myself. I have already let someone try and build me a site with the database from the ground up and let them build me a control panel where I could make any changes that I wanted to but it did not work out that way so I want to use this software program which is a software for someone with little experience and that way I can make any changes that I need to make any I just need to know if someone will or how much they would charge me to add a database to this site. if you need to look at some example of what I am trying to build then you can look at [[login to view URL]][1], [[login to view URL]][2], [[login to view URL]][3], [[login to view URL]][4] and the databse will be for all the things you see in the parts request form on those sites. the way it will need to work is someone will come to my site fill out the part request form and once the request form is submitted then it needs to be built where once it is submitted that it will search the database for all my members of the site and the members will be salvage yards or junkyards but it needs to find all of them in the database and find their email address and send all of them an email at the same time with the information that was in the part request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all windows operating systems and all browsers need to work with it where anyone can find and be able to use this site
