I want to develop a Joomla! e-commerce website where: 1. Buyers and Sellers get user-name and password account. 2. Sellers post Classified Advertising for items. The appearance will be very simple, like www.craigslist.org. Not many graphics except for Google Maps. 3. The the items are organized into a classified hierarchy. 3.1 Items can be searched by key-word AND physical location. 3.2 Each classified advertising page will have a Google map showing the location of items. The physical location of items can be displayed on Google-maps. 3.2 RSS feeds are available on search results. 4. Buyers buy the items using a shopping cart and a "PayNow" button. The BuyNow will use The Google-Checkout Credit card processing system. 5. Shipping and transaction documents are prepared and distributed by the system. 5.1 Pro forma invoice is sent to buyer. 5.2 Pickup instructions BL are sent to the warehouse and trucking company. 5.3 Notification of sale is sent to the seller. 5.4 Adjustment is made to the inventory. 6. Shipping is arranged with an on-line freight calculator. (it's out there available.) 7. Buyers pay the web site with credit card or electronic check, the web site is responsible for paying the suppliers and trucking company. 8. There is a section for Wiki, blogs and community forums. 8.1 Google AdSense ads are on the margins of the Wiki and blog pages. 9. I want a Joomla! content management system (CMS). As much as possible, we will use off-the-shelf Joomla extensions. We already have a URL that is hosted and functioning with www.godaddy.com. I want someone who can implement The Joomla! software, find and install extensions to achieve these objectives. Please give me some idea of the rates that you will charge and how much time you expect this to take. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP", "in all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox" Joomla!
