need a simple url redirection with a twist. Before the traffic is redirected the html_referral tag is altered to whatever I wish it to be.
So within the requested interface I setup several urls, lets say -
as an example owner say I own the following urls...
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
I then would have a field that would allow me to set what http_referrer id is passed on AND a field that would set what url I want to pass the visitor of any of the above domains to.
So if visitor visits [login to view URL] and I have [login to view URL] redirection URL set to say [login to view URL] and I have the http_referrer id changed say [login to view URL] then yahoo would show the referring url to be the [login to view URL]
PHP is suggested however I'm not picky. Open to suggestions.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
