convert register script from manual register to a cron job

I havea script that can register domains but the coder made it where teh admi ofteh site has to bush the register button, I need it so it will check for domais to register and then process it by using a cron job. Also need to fix ,when a client logs on it does not pull info from database ,I think it is just a simple query becasue i upgrade to a newer mysql version.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
