create website to manage sport teams

Hi, Please find below details about the project. At this stage I would just like to create a very simple tool, without to many? exciting functionalities. But feel free to come up with ideas and proposals, because as you will see the way I have described leaves enough room for own interpretations.? I am after a? basic tool to help me out on the short term, for a very competitive price. Please see the attachements for more details. It will be a dutch website, so in the end there will follow a brief language conversion task, but as you will see there is not to many text involved. The team proposal shows the players who will play that particular match and also the substitutes of that [login to view URL] you are initial in the team, but you cannot make it that match, you are responsible to switch with a substitute. Like for example if you are on holiday, or ill. Then you need to contact the substitute who will take over. This means there is a lot of bilateral phone/text message flying around, which results that often the teammanager does not know who will come and who will not! **Solution:** Therefore I would like to have a website which makes this process much easier. Each team will have its own area, where it can show the team proposal for that particular match. Via a forum you can contact another player who will answer if he can switch with you. Via this method you can make a final team and you are not surprised who will be there at the day of the match. It saves a lot of phone calls and makes it a lot easier to manage, including an excellent overview for everybody else on the team.
