Animated Waterfall Over A Model

We are seeking a designer that is able to take our image of a model (yes a female model) and animate a waterfall over her. This can be done in flash, a movie whatever you work in, as long as it can be embedded in a webpage and is not too heavy. If working with semi-clothed (not nude) female model photos offends you, please do not bid. This project needs to be done quickly (don't they all!) These are copyrighted photos that we have the full rights to work with from the owner Sasha Ogata. Attached are photos that you will be working with, we are looking for developers to create samples for us and let us view them, or other samples of similar work you have. Attached to this listing are photos you will be working with, these are not public photos! So anyone who downloads these is not to distibute them. The waterfall must be animated and cover clothing so that it looks as if she were nude and that the water is the only thing covering her. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to be webpage embedded
