Cre Loaded 6.15 Help

Hello, For my website run on Cre Loaded 6.15, I have several changes that I would like to make. 1. Add a flash logo that I will provide to the top of the screen. There's a white space at the top middle of the screen that I can't seem to modify or replace. 2. When someone signs up through my site they receive an email. I would like to edit what the email says. 3. In my "information" box, there are several categories like: create new account, faq, private policy, terms of service, shipping and returns. I would like the create new account linked to the signup page. When I click on faq, private policy, shipping and returns or terms of service, the header says "shop by price". I would like to change this title to the respective titles of faq, private poicy, shipping and returns, and terms of service. I believe that for someone experienced with Oscommerce and Cre Loaded, this should be an easy challenge.
