Create interactive flash pieces

Create interactive flash pieces using Action Script which will evaluate a users performance and report back to our Ruby on Rails web application. Flash pieces will involve game-like interaction with the user, similar to, but simpler than the Nintendo DS game "Brain Games". Expert graphics skill not really required, however advanced action script ability is necessary. This project will be agile and based on iterative design. Contractor must have strong English communication skills and respond quickly to email and/or IM. Contractor will use their own macromedia flash software, and any other graphics, text editing software they need to complete the project. Contractor will use our svn source control server to keep track of assets. A more detailed requirements document will be presented to interested parties. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional flash pieces in swf form as well as complete source code, .fla, graphics, action script etc, of all work done. a) All code must be clear and commented. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) A code review is required before we will certify the product as complete. Flash pieces need to communicate with server side application (user scores etc) presumably using http posts. (or whatever method makes the most sense)
