Database website for a professional group registration

i wish to establish a website where a specific group of professional can register their details. the process would be that they would log on and be asked to register and would be taken through a step by step series of question which will allow them to provide information about themselves, their training, exprience, interests, employment history, publications, and current practice locations and contact details. they may also upload images of themselves, their work and short video or mpeg files. after registration they will have a password and login so they can manage their details. the details will be displayed almost like a CV and they can choose what they want displayed. they can also register themselves an email relating to the domain of the website and have an online email account or have it re-directed to their own email account. they canb choose to forward any part or all of their registered detailed to any email as a pdf file ie email a CV using their online regsitered details. they can also regsiter their own email address aor won website and havean automatic link made to it during the registration process.

client who seek such professionals can do so by doing a search without the need to regsiter any details about themselves. they may also choose to send out am e-message to all regsitered professional with a professional query about their probelm including pictures and reports. to do this them must register on the wbsite and creat and account and upload details and pics about their enquiries and then at the press of a button the query will be sent to the professionals. the professional can then choose due to their skills, or location if they can help the client and respond. if they wish to respond they can do so by the lionk which will be provided. the website whould allow the webmaster/host to place advertising banners and the ability to create and email newslteers to all its registrants. the site will also have area where complaints about registrants can be presented to the host and they will be attached to the regsitrants file if compalint is upheld.

should also be designed in such a fashion that i can make updates and changes as neceassary. will also consider a proposal for a low annual maintainance contract. desinger and coder will ahve to provide logos services and source pictures appropriate for the site. details of professional body and domain name involved will be provide when contract bid has been accepted.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
