I have an IP camera that takes images on a set delay. All images are uploaded via ftp to folders on the web server. Each day has a different folder name which is consistent with the use of modifiers. All image files are consistent file names as well, with the exception of a number added to the end of the file name. I would like to display the image arrays as time lapse movies on my wordpress website, using flash or html 5 if possible. I would like the player to default to "yesterdays" image sequence with the option of a playlist to show notable examples.

Hi! In order to do this, you would first need to convert the sequence of images to a video file. That can be done with FFMPEG, which comes installed in many recent Linux distributions, so there's a good chance your hosting provider has it. FFMPEG can be used via PHP in order to automate the process every day. Once you have the video, it's just a matter of using a video player, which can be done in both Flash or HTML5. Of course I can do everything, I just need a server with FFMPEG. Just let me know if you want me to talk to your hosting provider as well. Cheers!!
