clone and upgrade a flash program

Hi I have a flash program that works on my website and also runs on a CD-ROM. The program can be seen running here: [login to view URL] I need to make some modifications to the program but the original work was done by a freelancer from this site who has now become uncontactable and I do not have the original source files. This means that the program will need to be rewritten from scratch. The program will need to be able to work from my server (Linux - PHP version 5.2.17) and also be able to be viewed from a disc (cd/dvd) on PCs, MACs and iPads etc. As many platforms as possible. The existing program is Flash but I am happy to investigate other solutions. HTML5? Modifications are small and include allowing me to edit the background image and also to add an advertising link (editable). I would like you to keep the same data/folder structure for the program to work from. I will send you the folder structure and also screen grabs and explanatory images so there is no confusion. I need source code to be included in the project. I confirm that I own the original program so there are no copyright problems with a clone.
