App-Game Design

I need someone to design a Dice game for use on Android and iPhone markets. the dice game is quite simple and I will explain the rules in detail below. I'm more concerned with who can come up with the best LOOKING visual of the game. The Game is called "Monkey Roll". Here are the rules. each player gets 6 Dice. They roll the dice. the goal is to get a set number. (say 6 is the number chosen, the goal is for one of the dye to be a six) The player keeps rolling until all of the dye say "6". Pulling away the dice that have already come up with a "6". the rolls need to take place with a flick of the finger on a touch screen. ITs a game you can play agains the computer or with up to four friends. If you are interested in designing this, please let me know and we can work together on it.
